DESCRIPTION:Description of event: Evans & Williams FC are having our annua
 l Summer Festival (football based). The event takes place from 9am - 6pm 
 on Saturday 6th of June 2026. They have 140 teams booked in of ages U6-U1
 1. The event is split into a morning and afternoon session. They will hav
 e a funfair and a variety of catering and stalls on site all day. They ex
 pect a footfall of over 1000 children taking part and they usually see ar
 ound 2500 - 3000 people throughout the day. The event will follow FAW gui
 delines\, and is risk assessed by ourselves and has approval from the nat
 ional and local sport governing bodies. For awareness the event will draw
  a significantly increased volume of traffic on an already busy Sandy Roa
 d.
