  (Car Park) \nTime:  14:00 - 18:00 (TBC)\n \nI would be grateful if you c
 ould confirm what assets/equipment and information you will be bringing a
 long on the day including the total number of staff. This information wil
 l help us to allocate you sufficient space in our station car park.  Shou
 ld you require additional tables and chairs please let me know as we can 
 supply these for you. \n \nWeather permitting we are aiming for the focus
  of our RNLI and Emergency Services Day to be in our Car Park this year a
 nd to have refreshments ONLY within our boathall.\n \nShould you require
