 gagement event offers residents the opportunity to have their bicycles se
 curity marked and registered for free. By marking and registering your bi
 ke\, you help deter theft and improve the chances of recovery if your bik
 e is ever stolen.\n\nThe aim of this event is to:\n- Promote cycle securi
 ty and theft prevention\n- Encourage residents to register their bikes wi
 th the national database\n- Provide safety and crime prevention advice to
  cyclists and local residents\n- Engage with the community and increase p
 olice visibility in the area\n\nKey engagement activities may include:\n-
  Free bike marking and registration with BikeRegister\n- Providing cycle 
 safety tips and security advice\n- Offering information on local policing
  priorities and recent community initiatives\n- Opportunity for residents
  to meet and speak with local officers\n\nWe welcome all cyclists and loc
 al residents to come along\, get their bikes marked\, and have a chat wit
